The Story of New Ulm: A Population Health Transformation

The Story of New Ulm follows members of the rural community of New Ulm, Minnesota and their 10 year initiative to eliminate heart attacks. Filmed during the project’s 7th year, the film explores the community, and the improvements made as they’ve worked together in one of the country’s most innovative and radical population health experiments.
